# Where can you trace each numbered claim?

> Recovery & Tissue Repair research peptides: where are the papers? — Find BPC-157, TB-500, KPV and GLOW papers behind Recovery & Tissue Repair research peptides claims, then check the kind of study behind the claim.

**references / nineteen papers to examine**

Repair peptides appear in animal tests, cell tests and a few human studies. This list helps you find the paper and see what was actually examined.

## What do the long paper titles mean for you?

Each cited number points to a paper below. We retain the published titles so you can find the original work. The study sections explain what happened to whom in plain words. Stomach-ulcer and tendon studies used rats; gut papers used cells or mice. Some gut tests enclosed peptide in gels or tiny protective particles. The wound and stroke experiments used whole thymosin beta-4. Those papers cannot prove effects of the smaller TB-500 piece. Reviews examined earlier research on repair, skin or inflammation rather than treating another patient group. Small human safety tests checked short-term unwanted effects, without proving healing or lasting safety.

Beyond the title, ask what was given and whether people or animals improved.
